Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore seeks a Senior Executive, Operations to lead day-to-day building operations for its retail mall and office spaces. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facilities, while managing tenancy fit-outs and handovers and regulating contract performance.

The role requires a Diploma in Facilities Management and 2–3 years of mall or property operations experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in property, facilities or mall operations.
• Experience in a shopping mall or commercial property is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance and management of the mall and office buildings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure safety, cleanliness and efficient operation.
• Manage tenant fittings-out, handovers, and review of design submissions and permits.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, vendors and authorities on facility and tenancy matters.
• Support incident handling, emergency response, and reporting with timely follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, workplace safety and licensing requirements.
• Assist with procurement, contract administration, and management reporting.
