Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a Technical Manager to lead the team responsible for mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and workforce development across facilities. You will ensure reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, and process utility systems and supervise staff to meet safety and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical services or facilities management.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, and performance development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in Building General M&E, ACMV, and Process Utility Systems.
• Lead and develop a team of shift leads and technicians for optimal performance.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical facility systems.
• Manage Facilities Operations Centre (FOC) monitoring and alarms via BMS.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate emergency responses with internal and external teams.
• Maintain technical playbooks, SOPs, and EOPs; ensure accurate records.
• Manage subcontractors per CBRE guidelines during projects and maintenance.
