Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in building operations or a similar engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of M&E, ACMV and process utilities.
• Experience managing teams in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in M&E, ACMV and process utility systems for reliable performance.
• Lead and develop a team of shift leads and technicians in a culture of accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure uptime and compliance.
• Plan preventive maintenance programmes to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
• Manage emergencies with timely response, coordination and resolution.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment status and compliance documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth, integrated facility management operations.
