Job summary

Etiqa Insurance Singapore is seeking a dynamic operations professional to manage New Business and Policy Servicing end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. You will work with underwriting, customer care, finance, IT and distribution channels to resolve complex cases, inquiries, and escalations, while driving improvements in turnaround time and service quality.

A Bachelor’s degree or diploma and 3–5 years in life insurance operations are preferred; strong MS Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee New Business and Policy Servicing end-to-end.
• Coordinate with underwriting, customer care, finance, IT and channels to resolve enquiries.
• Adhere to controls, governance and service standards while improving turnaround times.
• Support system enhancements, requirements gathering, and UAT.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process or automation improvements.

JOB SCOPE

• Manage and oversee New Business and Policy Servicing cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key liaison with underwriting, customer care, finance, IT, and distribution channels to resolve complex cases, enquiries, and escalations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls, service standards, and governance requirements, while driving improvements in turnaround time and service quality.
• Participate in and support system enhancements and transformation initiatives, including requirement gathering, impact assessment, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process/automation improvements, while monitoring performance trends and providing insights to enhance operational effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in related fields
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in life insurance operations or policy servicing preferred
• Ability to process transactions with accuracy and deliver within service standards
• Good time management skills, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency
• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen to learn with positive work attitude
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
