Job summary

Etiqa Insurance Singapore is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Life Operations team. You will handle policy maintenance, policy payments, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a diploma, 3–5 years in life insurance operations, familiarity with AS400, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in life insurance operations or policy servicing.
• Familiar with life insurance products and AS400 system.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process policy maintenance transactions such as address changes, beneficiary updates, reinstatements, withdrawals and surrenders.
• Receipting of payments into policies and clearing suspense.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all transactions.
• Participate in UAT testing for new system enhancements and process automations.
• Provide feedback and participate in workflow improvements, TAT and accuracy.
• Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head, Life Operations.

SCOPE OVERVIEW

• Process policy maintenance transactions such as change of address, beneficiary updates, reinstatements, withdrawal and surrenders etc.
