Job summary

ethos search associates pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a leadership development professional for a 1-year contract based at One North.

The role focuses on identifying gaps, designing intervention strategies, and building leadership capabilities through content creation and program delivery. You will coordinate with external partners and support administration of feedback exercises, including onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of relevant leadership/learning development experience.
• Track record in implementing leadership development initiatives and projects (360-degree feedback exercise, executive coaching, management programmes, leadership competency framework).
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and as a team.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
