We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive, Human Resources to support the HR & Admin department. You will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, guiding junior team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role requires someone confident in stakeholder management, data analysis, and workflow improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a small team of 2–4 members.
  • Manage end-to-end mass recruitment activities.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, including resolving conflicts and handling grievances.
  • Support the Assistant Manager by executing assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Drive high-volume recruitment across multiple job levels and departments to meet manpower needs on time.
  • Perform data analysis and prepare clear, well-structured PowerPoint presentations.
  • Improve and streamline HR workflows to enhance efficiency.Ensure full compliance with HR SOPs, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing, audit readiness, and data verification.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and general administrative duties.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience covering the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Strong recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment across different levels.
  • Proficiency in data handling, with working knowledge of Info-Tech and Power BI preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing a team of 3–5 members.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
