Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for an HRIS/Shared Services support role deployed to NHG institutions, located in Novena. You will provide first-level support for HR users on system-related inquiries and assist with HR data analyses and HRIS issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Knowledge or experience in HRIS is preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, including creating spreadsheets, charts and presentations.

Responsibilities

• HR Shared Services Support: Provide first-level support and guidance to HR users on system-related enquiries.
• HR Shared Services Support: Assist HR users in understanding HR processes and analysing employee data.
• HR Shared Services Support: Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• HRIS Support: Handle HRIS-related enquiries from NHG institutions.
• HRIS Support: Support 1FSS Payroll User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• HRIS Support: Assist users with S/4HANA password resets and access-related matters.
• HRIS Request System Administration: Manage and monitor the HRIS Request System.
• HRIS Request System Administration: Assign requests to the appropriate team members for follow-up.
• HRIS Request System Administration: Manage user access rights and system permissions.
• Data Replication Monitoring: Monitor HR data replication error reports.
• Data Replication Monitoring: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve data issues promptly.
• Central HR Data Operations: Perform mass HR data uploads for NHG Cluster and 1FSS Payroll.
• Central HR Data Operations: Ensure data uploads are completed accurately and on time.
• Central HR Data Operations: Provide operational support for key HR cycles, including bonuses and promotion exercises.
• Central HR Data Operations: Guide HR users on enquiries related to mass data uploads.
• Project & Ad-Hoc Support: Support the scheduling and coordination of team meetings and quarterly meetings.
• Project & Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with other HRIS projects and ad-hoc duties as required.
