Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for an on-site HR/HRIS support role, deployed to Novena, Singapore. Salary range SGD 3,000 – 4,500 monthly. The position focuses on HRIS issue triage, administrative support, and process documentation.

You'll log and route HR user enquiries, support meeting coordination, and help identify improvements to SOPs and system configurations, working with the Group HRIS team to ensure smooth operations across institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with HRSS and HRIS stakeholders.
• Prior HR or HR Shared Services experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic guidance to HR users on common system-related enquiries.

• Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the Group HRIS team.
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps from day-to-day operations and change requests.
• Support the team in proposing process or system configuration improvements.
• Maintain and update SOPs, user guides, and configuration documentation to support consistent usage across institutions.
