Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a full-time HR Professional to partner with hiring managers and drive talent acquisition strategies. The role covers onboarding, employees' transfers, re-employment, contract renewals, disciplinary matters, performance management and offboarding.

You will provide HR advisory services to business units, coach managers, support employee engagement, ensure compliance with labour laws, and participate in HR improvement projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR or related field with 1–3 years recruitment/partnering.
• Confident and articulate with good people management and judgement.
• Hospitality or service industry experience advantageous.
• Able to provide HR advice and solutions on the fly.
• High energy to manage high volume and dynamic issues.
• Meticulous, organised and analytical.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Manage and provide guidance and coaching to managers and team members.
• Manage team member engagement and relations.
• Implement HR solutions and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
• Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR or business-related discipline with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or business partnering.
• Confident and articulate, with good people management and judgement abilities.
• Candidates with prior experience from hospitality, retail or service industries will be advantageous.
• Able to think on the feet and provide appropriate HR advice and solutions.
• High energy and drive to manage high volume and dynamic ground issues.
• Meticulous, organised and analytical.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
