Job summary

National Heart Centre Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of human resources for a designated user group. The role involves advising line departments on talent acquisition, management and retention, and collaborating with IT teams to drive HRIS adoption and process automation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or related field with HRM focus, strong communication and organizational skills, and a keen interest in HRIS.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in IT or related field with a focus on Business/Human Resource Management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking and numeracy skills with an eye for details
• Keen interest in HRIS, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and emailing tools and familiar with social media platforms

Job description

You will handle the full spectrum of human resource functions for your assigned user group. You will provide advice and support line departments in talent acquisition, management and retention and related employment and employee matters. You will need to collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support and engage end-users in the adoption of the new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), work on digitalisation and automation of HR processes. Last but not least, you will be involved in the administration of staff programmes and events and participate in corporate projects as assigned. The selected candidate will be offered employment on 1-year contractual terms.

Job Requirements :

• A recognised degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent, with a focus on Business/Human Resource Management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking and numeracy skills with an eye for details
• Keen interest in working on HRIS, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and emailing tools and familiar with social media platforms
