JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage end-to-end order fulfilment, from forecasting through delivery and closure.

You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and the Sales team to ensure timely execution and high customer satisfaction, while monitoring inventory and supporting replenishment planning to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment from forecasting to delivery and closure.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and Sales to ensure timely order execution and satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to meet demand.
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment, from forecasting and procurement through to delivery and order closure.
• Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers and the Sales team to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to meet customer demand.
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and cycle count activities.
• Manage slow-moving, damaged and obsolete inventory, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to ensure efficient warehousing, shipment and delivery operations.
• Plan and monitor shipments, transportation activities and freight arrangements to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Verify logistics-related invoices, manage shipment cost postings and ensure accurate transaction records in SAP.
• Administer insurance declarations and claims, working with insurers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements and cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

Compensation:

• Working location: Central, Singapore
• Nearest MRT station: Nicoll Highway MRT Station (CC5), located on the Circle Line
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5PM
