Job summary

A PLUS MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day supply chain activities for Singapore and Malaysia. You will coordinate purchase orders, inventory movement and scheduling while liaising with suppliers, distributors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

You will monitor stock levels, support inventory planning and prepare reports on inventory, orders and shipments, contributing to streamlined logistics processes across channels.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel and able to work with operational data and reports.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Independent and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Coordinate purchase orders, order processing, inventory movement and product availability.
• Liaise with suppliers, distributors, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, delivery schedules and transportation arrangements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory planning to maintain sufficient stock.
• Follow up on shipment status, delivery issues, discrepancies and delays, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, inventory, shipments and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with online and offline sales channels to ensure timely fulfilment and stock availability.
• Assist with demand planning, stock replenishment and inventory reporting.
• Work with Singapore and Malaysia teams to improve operational efficiency and logistics processes.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, orders, shipments and supply chain performance.

• Follow up on shipment status, delivery issues, discrepancies and delays, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory, shipments and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with online and offline sales channels to ensure timely fulfilment and stock availability.
• Assist with demand planning, stock replenishment and inventory reporting.
• Work closely with the Singapore and Malaysia teams to improve operational efficiency and logistics processes.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, orders, shipments and supply chain performance.
• Support other operational and administrative duties related to supply chain and logistics when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Experience in supply chain operations and logistics coordination is preferred.
• Experience supporting both online and offline sales channels will be an advantage.
• Familiar with purchase orders, inventory management, order fulfilment, shipment coordination and logistics documentation.
• Experience working with suppliers, distributors, logistics providers and other external partners.
• Good knowledge of Singapore and/or Malaysia logistics and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with operational data and reports.
• Experience with ERP / inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
