Job summary

jointhire singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end order fulfilment, from forecasting and procurement through to delivery and closure.

You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the Sales team to ensure timely execution and satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, coordinating with 3PLs, planning shipments, and verifying invoices in SAP. The role supports operational excellence and process improvements in a Central Singapore

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment, from forecasting and procurement through to delivery and order closure.
• Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers and the Sales team to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to meet customer demand.
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and cycle count activities.
• Manage slow-moving, damaged and obsolete inventory, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to ensure efficient warehousing, shipment and delivery operations.
• Plan and monitor shipments, transportation activities and freight arrangements to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Verify logistics-related invoices, manage shipment cost postings and ensure accurate transaction records in SAP.
• Administer insurance declarations and claims, working with insurers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements and cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

• Nearest MRT station: Nicoll Highway MRT Station (CC5), located on the Circle Line
