Role Mission

The Content Marketing Senior Executive will be the driving force behind KPay’s content marketing efforts, focusing heavily on executing our content strategy. This role requires a unique combination of editorial expertise, data‑driven optimization, and a deep understanding of the SME FinTech landscape. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality, authoritative content that attracts, educates, and converts high‑intent merchants via organic search.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation
  • Production: Create high‑quality, SEO‑optimised content, covering our core content pillars.
  • Editorial Excellence: Ensure all content adheres to KPay’s brand voice.
  • Content Types: Develop strategic content formats, including ultimate guides, “X vs Y” comparisons, regulatory checklists, and data‑driven whitepapers.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Keyword Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high‑value search opportunities.
  • On‑Page Optimization: Apply advanced on‑page SEO techniques, including optimizing H1/H2 structure, metadata, image alt text, and internal linking strategy.
  • Technical Content Optimization (GEO): Structure content for modern search engines (Generative Engine Optimization - GEO).
  • Performance Monitoring: Track article performance using Google Search Console and Analytics, identifying pages with declining rankings or high bounce rates, and executing content refresh strategies.
Requirement
  • Experience: 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in content marketing, content writing, or SEO management, preferably within the B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Payments industry.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published long‑form content.
  • SEO Proficiency: Strong practical knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) and core concepts including keyword research, search intent, on‑page factors, and foundational technical elements (canonical tags, page speed).
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data (Google Analytics, GSC) to inform content decisions, measure ROI, and optimise existing content for better performance.

  • Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimisation) principles.
