Job summary

OUE Restaurants is seeking a proactive Procurement Lead to develop and drive procurement strategies across multiple brands. You will ensure policy compliance, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate with stakeholders to secure reliable materials and services.

The role requires strong sourcing, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is expected to optimize purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' work experience in Supply Chain or related field (preferably F&B).
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Systematic and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and ensure compliance of procurement policies and SOPs.
• Responsible for the effective management and control of all procurement activities.
• Provide good and efficient support through the procurement team for brands' operations and purchasing requirements.
• Proactively source, select and negotiate third party services and suppliers according to organizational requirements.
• Benchmark commodity data and monitor prices by product and vendor to ensure competitiveness.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions, policies and deadlines with suppliers and vendors.
• Work with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials and services.
• Periodically review supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and price.

Requirements

• A hands-on and result-oriented person
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong supplier contacts within the industry would be a plus
