A leading restaurant group in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies, manage procurement activities, and negotiate with suppliers. Candidates should have a degree in Supply Chain or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and ensure compliance of procurement policies.
• Manage and control all procurement activities.
• Source, select and negotiate third party services and suppliers.
• Source, select and negotiate third party services and suppliers per organizational requirements.
• Benchmark commodity data and monitor prices to ensure competitiveness.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, policies and deadlines with suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials and services.
• Review supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and ensure compliance of procurement policies and SOPs
• Responsible for the effective management and control of all procurement activities
• Ensure good and efficient support is provided by the procurement team for the different brands’ operations and purchasing requirements
• Proactively source, select and negotiate third party services and suppliers according to the organizational requirements and expectations
• Periodically benchmark commodity data and monitor prices by product and vendor to ensure competitiveness
• Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions, policies and deadlines with suppliers and vendors
• Work closely with suppliers, key stakeholders and functional team members to ensure uninterrupted supplies of materials and services
• Periodic review of supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
