The role requires a minimum of 10 years in procurement, strong leadership, and a track record of transforming sourcing functions while balancing cost, quality and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimally 10 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods or related industries.
• Proven track record managing supplier negotiations, category management and procurement transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading procurement teams and driving organisational capability building.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, quality and supply continuity objectives.
• Familiarity with local and international sourcing, trade compliance, logistics or export operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functions.
