Job summary

Food Paradise Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement leader to manage supplies and services from vendors, lead competitive sourcing, and negotiate terms.

You will analyze spending trends, drive cost savings, and handle contractual matters for assigned projects while guiding a team in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of relevant experience.
• Managerial experience preferred in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead procurement activities for supplies and services from vendors.
• Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiate RFIs/Quotations/Proposals, negotiate terms.
• Execute contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure effective handling.
• Monitor and analyse spending trends and inventory control; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Handle other ad hoc matters assigned by Management.

• Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiate requests for information/Quotation/Proposal, negotiate commercial terms.
• Execute all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure that they are dealt with effectively.
• Monitor and analysis trends in spending and inventory control and make recommendations to identify areas for saving.
• Other adhoc matters assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Has experience in managerial role, preferably in the F&B industry
• Good leadership and people management
• Knowledge of MS Office (Google Drive)
