Responsibilities include data entry for new hires, updating staff data in myHR, assisting transfers and contract extensions, maintaining strict data confidentiality, and providing overflow support during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to handle high-volume data with confidentiality.
• Proficient in Excel for large datasets, basic formulas and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Data Processing, Documentation & Filing: Perform data entry for new hires, update staff data in myHR, support transfers, re-designation and contract extensions, assist offboarding, ensure filings per SLAs.
• Operational & Team Support: Provide support to Onboarding and In Service teams during peaks, grant SharePoint access, cover colleagues on leave, undertake ad-hoc duties.
