Job summary

Gov Healthcare is seeking a Senior HR Executive Assistant for a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role requires experience with SuccessFactors and a Diploma, with a salary up to SGD 3,000 per month. You will support data processing, onboarding/offboarding, and SLA‑driven documentation in a dynamic HR team.

You will also assist the In Service team, manage staff data updates in myHR, and provide coverage during peak periods, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; strong data confidentiality and ability to handle high-volume tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including large datasets, lookups and formulas.
• Well organized, meticulous, proactive in resolving data issues.

Responsibilities

• Data processing, documentation and filing for new hires.
• Update staff data in myHR (transfers, re-designation, contract extensions).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties during colleagues' leave to ensure continuity.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
