A public healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage departmental reporting, provide administrative support, and coordinate IT logistics. The ideal applicant should have a Diploma in relevant fields and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. The position offers good benefits and bonuses.
Manage departmental reporting and documentation, including monthly productivity reports, telehealth records, daily absentee updates, AHP training hours, and maintenance of staff records, licenses, subscriptions, and system access (e.g., Rooster, CorpPass).
Organize and maintain filing systems for essential documents such as BCLS records, hand hygiene and PPE forms, media appearances, e-learning proofs.
Provide administrative support for departmental operations by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, processing requests, and assisting with general office workflows to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department.
Manage financial processes by handling cost‑centre matters, verifying e‑pay transactions, submitting honorarium requests, and raising eBARF amendments to ensure smooth departmental financial operations.
Coordinate IT and staffing logistics by serving as the main contact for IT/ID requests, managing IT equipment leasing and replacement, and handling full onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and students, including system access and payment setup.
Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or equivalent
Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant working experience
