Job summary

The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple (Singapore) is seeking an Events Executive to support all aspects of professional events including classes, conferences, corporate meetings, festivals, and promotional events. They will assist with vendors, timelines, logistics, and on-site execution to deliver successful and memorable experiences.

The role requires coordinating with venues and staff, developing event concepts, creating timelines, and ensuring smooth operations from planning to post-event

Qualifications

• Experience planning events from start to finish.
• Proven skills in vendor sourcing and negotiation.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and proposals.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
• Coordinate logistics (venue setup, catering, transportation, equipment, permits, etc.).
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities (if applicable).
• Create event timelines, schedules, and contingency plans.
• Lead and supervise event staff and volunteers.
• Manage on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting.
