Job summary

Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum in Singapore seeks a motivated, detail-oriented professional to bridge digital system management with front-facing operations, ensuring smooth workflows for temple events and strong engagement with devotees and donors.

The role requires coordinating IT systems including Dynamics 365, managing event logistics, and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless experiences during ceremonies and special events, while maintaining data security and process

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in service execution or system administration.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of backend IT systems, databases, integrations, or ERP/CRM workflows.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and Hanyu Pinyin typing.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 operations and backend workflows.
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and feature implementation.
• Coordinate with IT and Finance on product creation within CRM/ERP systems and the e-commerce website.
• Coordinate with internal developers and external vendors to resolve website and system-technical issues.
• Prepare system documentation, user guides, and training materials while monitoring system performance for process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and overall system integrity.
• Manage pre-event planning including pricing, locations, timings, programs and schedules.
• Coordinate event marketing with designers for collateral and promotional materials.
• Handle digital outreach, including email blasts and updating schedules on the official website.
• Coordinate volunteers and devotees for event programs and ceremony processes.
• Assist with actual ceremony execution and event printouts.
