Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations for exhibitions and conferences, including AV, security and cleaning services.
• Consult with management on setup needs and requirements for events.
• Work with project teams, answer queries, manage vendor services and monitor performance.
• Source and inspect venues and facilities to ensure adequacy and maintenance for events.
• Liaise between clients, event managers, designers and vendors to meet event requirements.
• Establish relationships with partners, venue managers, service contractors and authorities.
• Apply for licences and permits with relevant authorities.
• Source, negotiate and appoint contractors for exhibition spaces, registration, housing, catering, AV and logistics.
