• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS new-business sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding $1M+ annual new ARR quotas.
• Experience engaging CHRO, COO, CFO and Operations leaders; board-ready business cases.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation and territory planning targeting enterprise HR, Operations, and Finance buyers.
• Lead discovery to quantify labor cost control, forecasting, scheduling, and compliance.
• Map WFM capabilities to measurable business outcomes and drive complex sales cycles.
