Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution experiences aligning business needs with technical requirements.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance and upgrades of application systems.
• Apply business analysis tools to elicit requirements and build business cases.
• Manage outsourced vendors and in-housed contractors, including tender specs.
• Ensure compliance with ICT governance policies, risk frameworks and budgets.
• Assure quality of systems by validating test scenarios and coordinating with teams.
