Job summary

MAS Monetary Authority Singapore seeks an experienced project manager with strong business analysis and system operations skills to lead enterprise IT initiatives. You will manage end-to-end IT projects, coordinate vendors and contractors, and ensure governance and security compliance.

The role involves analyzing business problems, developing business cases for digitalisation, and delivering high-quality application services within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Possess a tertiary qualification with preferably 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience in project management, business analysis and system operations.
• Experience in the technical aspects of systems integration across diverse technologies, including coding languages, databases, cloud technologies and IT security.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, incident management, problem management and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution experiences mapping business requirements to application and technical requirements.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance and upgrade of application systems and oversee incidents, changes and releases.
• Apply business analysis tools to elicit requirements and develop business cases for digitalisation and process improvement.
