Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) invites applications for a senior IT service/PM role within the Supervision Platforms Division under the Information Technology Department. You will manage IT services, coordinate projects, and engage with business stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions.

Responsibilities include vendor management, governance and risk compliance, site reliability engineering, and operations support, with emphasis on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), IaC tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree with about 10 years in PM, business analysis and operations.
• Experience in project management, vendor and incident/problem/release management & SRE.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC tools like Terraform.
• Familiar with OpenShift/Kubernetes and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver tech solutions.
• Design and deliver solutions across journeys with policy, process, and digital enablers.
• Map requirements to system/technical needs and maintain architectural alignment.
• Manage outsourced vendors and in-house contractors to meet delivery/operation needs.
• Ensure ICT governance, risk management, and compliance across projects and products.
• Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule alignment.
• Oversee operations, production support, and post-production issue review.
• Define SLOs and track performance; implement monitoring and alerting with vendors/teams.
