Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore seeks an experienced professional for a 2-year contract in the Enterprise Platform Division. You will conceptualise, implement and manage enterprise solutions for finance-related projects and an internet-facing portal for financial institutions.

You will design and deliver solution experiences, manage deployments, apply business analysis, and coordinate with outsourced vendors. Strong governance, security, and IT service practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in project management, business analysis and operations.
• Experience in systems integration across diverse technologies and cloud.
• Proven vendor management, incident, problem and release handling.
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance familiarity.
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to enhance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise platform solutions aligned with business goals.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, maintenance and upgrades of applications.
• Elicit requirements, build business cases and drive digitalisation initiatives.
• Manage vendors/contractors, tendering, procurement and agile compliance.
• Ensure ICT governance, risk controls and project scope, cost and schedule.
