Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst within the Enterprise Platform Division. You will drive enterprise-wide solutions, coordinate IT operations and oversee vendor engagements to support finance-related projects and an internet-facing portal for financial institutions.

Responsibilities include designing user-centered experiences, deploying and maintaining systems, and applying governance and security standards.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in project management, business analysis and system operations.
Experience in systems integration across diverse technologies, including cloud and security.
Strong communication with senior stakeholders and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver solution experiences that meet user needs and align with project architecture and non-functional requirements.
Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance and upgrade of application systems with release and incident governance.
Apply business analysis to elicit requirements, develop business cases and drive digitalisation initiatives.
Manage outsourced vendors and in-house contractors, including tender specs, procurement and policy compliance.
Ensure ICT governance, risk management and IT project alignment with business objectives.
