Qualifications

• Possess a tertiary qualification; 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis and system operations.
• Experience in technical aspects of systems integration across diverse technologies, including coding languages, databases, application architecture, cloud technologies and IT security.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, incident management, problem management and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution experiences that meet user needs through human, digital and physical interactions, mapping requirements to application and technical specs.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance and upgrade of application systems, applying OSA and RCV practices.
• Apply business analysis tools to elicit and manage requirements and develop business cases for digitalisation and process improvement.
• Manage outsourced vendors and in-house contractors, including tender specs, procurement and vendor compliance with agile, quality management and policies.
• Implement ICT governance and risk management, plan and manage IT projects within scope, cost and schedule.
• Assure system and application quality by testing and coordinating with tech teams to resolve deployment and production issues.
