Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) invites applications for a senior role in IT supervision platforms. You will join a dynamic team within the Supervision Platforms Division under the Information Technology Department, focusing on business-aligned technology solutions and robust service delivery.

You will manage vendor relationships, design end-to-end solutions, govern risk and compliance, and lead project delivery with emphasis on quality, uptime, and security across cloud and on-premise

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master with strong track record in PM, BA and system operations.
• Experience in PM, vendor, incident, problem, release management & SRE.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC tools like Terraform; OpenShift/Kubernetes; CI/CD and DevOps.
• Observability platforms such as Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus advantageous.
• Excellent communication; able to influence and report progress using JIRA.
• Familiar with Government Instruction Manual 8.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tech solutions.
• Design and deliver solution experiences across human, digital, and physical interactions.
• Map service requirements to system/technical specifications and ensure architecture alignment.
• Manage outsourced vendors and in-house contractors; conduct procurement.
• Ensure ICT governance policies, standards, and risk management are followed.
• Plan and manage IT projects; align to business objectives within scope, cost, and schedule.
• Assure quality of systems and applications; establish quality management practices.
• Oversee operations and maintenance of IT services; handle change requests and production support.
• Define and track SLOs; implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with vendors.
