Job summary

The MAS Monetary Authority of Singapore is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead enterprise platform initiatives within the IT Department. You will design and deliver solutions for finance-related projects and manage an internet-facing portal for financial institutions.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, oversee deployments, ensure security and governance, and drive process improvements through AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Possess a tertiary qualification with 8–10 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis and system operations.
• Experience in systems integration within diverse technologies including coding languages, databases, cloud technologies and IT security.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, incident management, problem management and release management; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution experiences mapping business requirements to technical specs.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance and upgrade of application systems.
• Apply OSA and RCV practices to manage incidents, changes and releases in a timely manner.
• Elicit and analyse business requirements and develop compelling business cases for digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee vendor management and procurement, ensuring vendor compliance with agile methodologies and policies.
• Implement ICT governance policies and risk frameworks; plan IT projects to align with business objectives in scope, cost and schedule.
• Assure the quality of systems through testing and coordinating with technical teams to resolve deployment and production issues.
