Job summary

Qualifications

• This role requires a tertiary qualification with 8–10 years of experience in project management, business analysis and system operations.
• Experience in systems integration across diverse technologies, including coding languages, databases, cloud technologies and IT security.
• Proven track record in PM, vendor, incident, problem and release management with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise platform initiatives and ensure designs align with project architecture and non-functional requirements.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance and upgrades of applications, with rapid issue resolution.
• Apply business analysis methods to elicit requirements and support digitalisation and process improvements.
• Oversee vendor tendering, procurement and compliance with policies and agile practices.
• Ensure ICT governance adherence, risk management and project alignment to scope, cost and schedule.
• Coordinate testing, production support and service performance improvements with IT teams.
