Job summary

UnlockLand is a Singapore-based AI technology company building decision-making software for land development and urban planning. We seek an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to grow new business and close strategic contracts across Singapore and selected APAC markets.

You will own the complete sales process from discovery through POC, procurement, and contract signing, engaging senior decision-makers and coordinating demonstrations and pilots. This role is senior and hands-on.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales, BD or strategic accounts.
• Active network with senior decision-makers.
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value contracts.
• Experience selling enterprise software, AI, data products or services.
• Strong ability to navigate long public-sector sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise and public-sector business across Singapore and APAC.
• Build relationships with government agencies, statutory boards, GLCs, developers and enterprises.
• Secure qualified customer meetings using existing relationships.
• Identify decision-makers and procurement stakeholders in target accounts.
• Lead discovery meetings, executive presentations and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate product demos, POCs, and paid pilots.
• Work with product, planning and engineering to tailor solutions.
• Prepare proposals, business cases and tender responses.
• Manage opportunities from engagement through procurement, negotiation and contract signing.
• Lead sales opportunities from discovery to contract signing.
