UnlockLand is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead enterprise AI product development in Singapore. You will own end-to-end product delivery from discovery through adoption, designing complex workflows and prototypes using AI-assisted tools, and collaborating with customers, designers and engineers to ship production-ready features.

• Proven experience owning and shipping an enterprise-grade software platform.
• Experience delivering products used by real enterprise or public-sector customers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, permissions, administration and data-heavy applications.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and deploy functional digital products or prototypes.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding and product-building tools.
• Experience building AI-powered features using LLMs, agents, APIs or structured workflows.
• Excellent interaction-design and user-experience capabilities.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, information architecture and visual judgment.
• Exceptional product taste and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify poor product decisions and propose clear improvements.
• Strong technical understanding across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and cloud products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and engineers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong ownership from initial concept through final delivery and adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Own product development from customer discovery through launch and adoption.
• Define product strategy, priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Translate complex customer workflows into clear and practical product solutions.
• Lead product discovery, requirement workshops, POCs and customer demonstrations.
• Develop user stories, product specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise requirements based on customer value, technical complexity and business impact.
• Coordinate product delivery across design, engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Monitor product usage and convert customer feedback into product improvements.
• Design products for complex enterprise and public-sector workflows.
• Develop workflows involving multiple users, roles, permissions and approval stages.
• Consider enterprise requirements such as audit trails, security, data governance and administration.
• Design data-heavy interfaces that remain clear and easy to use.
• Support customer-specific configurations without creating an unmaintainable product.
• Balance customer requirements with a scalable long-term product architecture.
• Turn successful POCs into repeatable and production-ready platform capabilities.
• Independently build functional product prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Develop and test LLM-powered workflows, agents and intelligent product interactions.
• Prototype new ideas quickly before committing full engineering resources.
• Demonstrate working products to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work with engineers to convert prototypes into secure and scalable production features.
• Remain responsible for product logic, usability and quality rather than relying blindly on generated code.
• Design intuitive workflows for complex professional tasks.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Reduce complicated planning, data and enterprise processes into clear user experiences.
• Maintain high standards for usability, visual hierarchy, clarity and consistency.
• Review product implementations and ensure final experience meets intended quality.
• Make confident product decisions when requirements are incomplete or ambiguous.
• Communicate directly with enterprise and public-sector customers.
• Lead requirement discussions, product workshops and solution presentations.
• Understand how customers currently work and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Present concepts and prototypes clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Gather structured feedback during POCs and post-launch usage.
• Ensure delivered products solve real customer problems and support measurable outcomes.
