• Own a portfolio of 3–5 Tier 1/2 accounts with end-to-end ownership.
• Lead executive relationships and provide field expertise.
• Define engagement standards across QBRs, escalation management and planning.
• Coach other Strategic Account Managers to resolve complex situations.
