  • Apply and continuously improve operational control tools and safe systems of work (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, engineering script, risk assessment) and provide technical oversight by reviewing and challenging work practices to ensure risks are properly identified and controlled

  • Collaborate closely with other cross functional and site ops teams to resolve systemic engineering and operational challenges, strengthen reliability and improve operational consistency

Standards, Policies & Procedures

  • Develop, review, and govern best-in-class global engineering standards, policies SOPs, ensuring they are practical, consistently applied across sites and aligned with industry best practices. Provide assurance of adherence through structured documentation reviews, commissioning and acceptance activities and targeted physical audits

  • Drive continuous improvements by identifying systemic issues and root causes, and recommending system-level enhancements, configuration changes, and control improvements based on operational insights and regional impact analysis
