Nanyang Technological University is a leading global university; Nanyang Business School seeks an operations-oriented administrator to support course delivery and programme logistics. You will coordinate courses, exams, and student affairs with attention to detail and strong teamwork.

The role requires reliable multitasking across weekly schedules, invoicing, and event coordination, with a focus on service excellence for faculty and students. Weekend work may be required.

Competenze

• At least three years’ experience in the education industry is preferred.
• Willingness to work some weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Course management: plan, manage and administer courses including schedules, registrations, fees, venues and related logistics.
• Faculty management: handle appointments, approvals, payments and faculty requests.
• Exam management: prepare exam packages, print scripts, enter marks and coordinate moderation.
• Student management: build good relationships with students and address programme-related inquiries.
• Class administration: provide admin and logistical support for weekday/weekend classes, including hybrid/online formats.
• Office administration: support budgeting, invoicing, and data collation for accreditation (e.g., EQUIS & AACSB).
• Support other duties to assist programme operations and overseas study activities.
