Job summary

DBS is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive consumer banking projects across six markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia and China. You will own end-to-end delivery, gather requirements, coordinate UI signoff, data needs, copytext and notifications templates, ensuring ROI.

Responsibilities include releasing plans with the scrum master, UAT, test strategy and automation using Playwright and Appium, overseeing QA and Go-Live.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 8 years relevant experience.
• Strong IT background with system projects.
• Experience in Consumer and Wealth Banking products.
• Familiar with test automation and AI-enabled delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consumer banking projects across six markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, China).
• Gather detailed requirements from business leads, coordinate UI signoff, data needs, copytext and notifications templates, and assess ROI.
• Plan releases with the scrum master, define UAT, testing strategy, coverage and exit criteria; oversee Go-Live and post-production support.
• Promote AI-assisted delivery practices to improve productivity while ensuring governance and compliance.
