Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 3-5 years of relevant experience in consumer/digital banking.
• Proficient in testing cycles, both manual and automated, with strong documentation.
• Independent, proactive, and able to manage challenges and deadlines.
• Solid IT/digital background and understanding of technologies and processes.
• Experience in end-to-end project management across multiple milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and set priorities to deliver features and functionality.
• Develop user stories; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, JBehave, and test automation tools.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and collaborate with business, ops and technology partners.
• Coordinate smooth rollout of banking services on digital platforms; support live verifications.
• Oversee post-implementation tasks including user training, issue investigation and resolution.
• Stay updated on banking industry trends and best practices; share knowledge.
• Manage testing analysts and guide them to achieve task outcomes.
