Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Banking, FinTech, or Technology Delivery.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital banking initiatives using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience managing digital onboarding, payments, deposits, lending, cards, wealth management, or customer servicing journeys.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through end-to-end product delivery lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices, backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and release management.
• Ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with INVEST principles.
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple squads, systems, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of release governance and production deployment processes.
• Practical understanding of UAT, SIT, regression testing, automation testing, and release validation processes.
• Experience creating test plans, test execution reports, defect management, and quality metrics.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and continuous delivery practices is preferred.
• Strong capability in balancing speed-to-market with quality and risk controls.
• Understanding of digital banking platforms, mobile banking, internet banking, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with customer onboarding, KYC, authentication, risk controls, and digital servicing journeys.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical solutions and architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Product Planning & Roadmap Management: Define scope, priorities, and release objectives with units and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into initiatives, epics, and user stories aligned to goals.
• Support release planning and manage dependencies and milestones.
• Define sprint goals and maintain a prioritized backlog with business value and regulatory needs.
• Agile Product Ownership: Own backlog, ensure DoR and INVEST compliance for stories.
• Create, refine, and prioritize user stories with acceptance criteria with Business Units and Tech teams.
• Conduct walkthroughs, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with PMs, developers, QA, UX and stakeholders to deliver sprints.
• Monitor sprint progress and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Customer Journey & Solution Design: Collaborate with UX to define and validate customer journeys and digital experiences.
• Review and sign off on journeys, requirements and specs with stakeholders.
• Testing & Quality Governance: Create test strategies, plans, scope, and data requirements.
• Work with QA for functional, integration, regression, automation, and UAT testing.
• Validate results and classify, prioritize defects.
• Ensure quality gates before production readiness and drive automation.
• Risk, Compliance & Control Management: Assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to security baselines, governance, audits and regulatory obligations.
• Release & Go-Live Management: Coordinate end-to-end release activities across Business, Technology, Operations and partners.
• Review release readiness and obtain UAT and production signoffs.
• Support launch verification and production validation.
• Coordinate issue resolution during production rollout.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Provide regular updates on delivery status, testing progress, and risks.
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment across teams.
• Prepare executive updates and communicate business impact.
