Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior project lead for Consumer and Wealth digital banking initiatives across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia and China.

You will work with regional stakeholders to define requirements, map customer journeys, and ensure timely delivery of features across platforms. You will lead a team of test engineers, drive UAT planning, document test strategies, and ensure smooth post-deployment support with strong governance and communication across

• Degree holder with experience in Consumer/Digital banking projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital banking projects across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from business, product, technology and operations.
• Develop user stories and BRDs; work with design/product to map customer journeys and screen flows.
• Review specifications with technology teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Supervise test engineers and lead the test strategy including UAT planning and execution.
