Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Central is seeking a Product Designer within the Consumer Banking Group to shape the digital banking journey for millions of customers across the region. You’ll join Group Design to turn complex journeys into joyful, trustworthy experiences that people rely on every day, enabling them to live more and bank less.

You’ll design end-to-end customer journeys on our banking platform, partner with business, technology and research, and elevate the design quality across mobile and web

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with shipped work that improved customer outcomes and metrics.
• Think in systems: map complex journeys and design scalable patterns.
• Bring strong product thinking and visual craft to connect problems with strategy.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with senior partners and other designers.
• Navigate ambiguity and constraints to deliver customer‑centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape end‑to‑end design of key journeys from discovery to shipped product and post‑launch iteration.
• Turn customer insights into product bets, experience principles and design decisions that move outcomes.
• Design at multiple fidelities—from storyboards to high‑polish UI and motion—while shaping roadmaps and prototypes.
• Contribute to and extend design systems to ensure coherent experiences across channels.
• Champion UX quality and connect design to commercial impact within the team.
• Collaborate with research to plan, conduct, and synthesize studies and bring customer voices into decisions.
