Ant International is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to develop digital banking products for SME and corporate customers in Singapore. You will own onboarding, deposits, payments and lending initiatives, guiding discovery, strategy and delivery while leveraging data and customer insights.

You will work across Business, Technology, Operations, Compliance, AML, Risk, Legal and external partners to deliver impactful outcomes and drive ongoing product operations and performance

Competenze

• 7+ years of relevant experience in banking, fintech or related technology roles.
• Understanding of financial services and how Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Risk work together.
• Proven ability to take products from problem definition through implementation, launch and ongoing improvement.
• Strong learning agility and ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar domains.
• Strong product thinking and requirements-writing skills.
• Strong analytical judgement and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Ability to move between strategy and detailed execution with technical understanding.

• Own product strategy and roadmap. Prioritise initiatives by value, customer impact and feasibility.
• Lead product development and delivery from discovery through rollout and readiness.
• Design PRDs covering objectives, customer journeys, rules, system requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive product operations and measurement with defined success metrics and data needs.
• Turn insights into decisions by analysing customer behaviour and bottlenecks.
• Lead cross-functional execution, resolve competing requirements and manage dependencies.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues with guidance on product thinking and delivery.
