Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a Business Analyst to drive the requirements lifecycle from vision to detailed specifications. You will bridge Product Owners, Analysts, Architects and Developers to transform initiatives into tangible artefacts such as user stories, flows and FSDs.

You will support backlog prioritisation, refine requirements, participate in sprint planning, and ensure traceability and test coverage across regional teams in SG/MY/TH/ID.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and artefacts.
• Refine and elaborate user stories with sufficient detail for estimation.
• Ensure quality and traceability of requirements throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed process and requirements, online and offline.
• Prioritize backlog across stakeholders and justify decisions.
• Provide clarifications to developers and testers during implementation.
• Review test cases and ensure traceability to original requirements.
• Support UAT and coordinate with regional teams (SG/MY/TH/ID).
