Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking a full-time, on-site Product/Platform Specialist within the Risk Management Group (RMG). You will partner with Credit COO Office to implement digitisation, manage risk exposure, and drive portfolio performance with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, developing user stories, prioritising features by business value, and leading end-to-end product delivery with a strong emphasis on change management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Must have a presentable track record of delivering tangible outcomes and impact.
• Ability to think strategically and execute end-to-end across projects.
• Strong written and oral communication for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes, policies, data and platforms in RMG Credit.
• Apply 4D Discover-Define-Design-Deliver approach using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features with business value.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritize features by impact.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to design, development, launch and support.
• Define KPIs and track benefits; implement change management strategies.
