Job summary

A-IT SOFTWARE SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive digital propositions and customer journeys for retail banking within its Digital division.

You will partner with a broad range of stakeholders to grow online channel share, leverage data, and deliver customer-centric digital initiatives, from onboarding to fulfilment, in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience in banking or digital, preferably retail.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for product decisions.
• Experience in customer journey design and UI/UX best practices.

Responsibilities

• Formulate product propositions and run experiments to test market fit.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital experiences across touchpoints.
• Lead customer research to understand needs and shape UI solutions.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for digital adoption and growth.
• Support onboarding through to fulfilment of digital initiatives.
