Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to manage desktop incidents and provide on-site support for client locations in Singapore. You will handle imaging, software deployment via SCCM and Intune, AD and security tools, and VIP deskside support.

The role operates on a 5-day, 8:30am–6pm schedule with the work location to be advised prior to interview and potential hardware upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS.
Experience imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
Hands-on experience with SCCM, Software Center, and manual software installation.
Experience using Intune, AD, BitLocker.
Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Manage desktop device incidents through to resolution.
Handle IMAC and deskside support services.
Perform hard- and soft-break fix services for laptops and desktops.
Provide Conference room support, Remote Desktop support and Event Support at the customer location.
Support, manage, optimize, and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop including patch updates and hardware replacements.
Analyze service desk calls for desktop devices and incident data to identify and advise customers of potential user training requirements and automation.
Ensure that each desktop device is installed with the appropriate desktop image.
Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance.
Provide VIP support for deskside issues per contract and be the point of contact at the site for all IT-related issues if no other IT support team is available.
